The Central Bank of Montenegro issued the approval to NLB Montenegrobanka AD Podgorica to merge with Euromarket banka AD Podgorica, after which the Euromarket banka AD Podgorica was deleted from the Central Registry of the Commercial Court Podgorica.


Scope of Operations

 

Operations defined by the license:

  1. accepting deposits and other funds of natural and legal persons and granting loans and other placements from these funds, as a whole or partially for its own account;

  2. issuing of guarantees and assume other off balance sheet obligations;

  3. purchasing and collecting claims;

  4. issuing, processing and recording payment instruments (including credit cards, traveller and bank checks);

  5. foreign payment operations,

  6. financial leasing,

  7. trading on its own behalf and for its own account or for the clients account with:
    - foreign payment funds, including exchange operations,
    - financial derivatives

  8. collecting data, developing analysis and giving information and advices on creditworthiness of legal persons and entrepreneurs and on other issues with respect to their business operations;

  9. safe keeping operations;

  10. offering safety deposit boxes


Operations performed based on the approval of the Central Bank:


  1. cash transport services for other commercial banks in Montenegro,
    Decision no. 0102-5156/7 of 06 March 2013
  2. operations of selling receivables, Decision no. 0102-1495/3 of 25 April 2013
  3. services for another legal entity which is established as a limited liability company by the NLB d.d. Ljubljana, (Decision no. 0102-1254/7 of 03 June 2013):
    - analysing and providing information and advice on the business of the borrower, including communication with debtors;
    - accounting services, budget and planning services;
    - legal operations (making a notice of termination of a loan agreement, notice of commencement of settlement, registration of the commencement of settlement notice);
    - risk control activities which are related to monitoring and identification, measurement and evaluation of risks and liquidity risks;
    - marketing activities, services for campaign realisation and all kinds of advertising in cooperation with the agency for leasing the media space;
    - services which are related to coordination activities regarding the refinancing line and monitoring the foreign exchange position;
    - services which are related to the assessment of the real estate and services for building technical protection;
  4. insurance agency activities, Decision no. 0102-1933/3 of 01 April 2015
