Activities to improve consumer rights
In order to improve business processes and adequately allocate resources to achieve higher quality of examinations and enhance consumer protection, the CBCG has developed several technical components:
- Effective Interest Rate Calculator,
- Informative List on offered consumer loans, containing basic information consumers need when deciding on a loan.
The CBCG uses additional communication channels for filing complaints, including the email address: zastita.potrosaca@cbcg.me and the Central Consumer Protection Information System.
