When hiring, we tend to attract, select, develop and retain talented professionals whose engagement will contribute to achieving the CBCG’s objectives.


The CBCG regularly advertises vacancies — from internship opportunities to senior positions. Vacancies are published through the Employment Agency of Montenegro (www.zzzcg.me), in print media, on the CBCG’s official website (www.cbcg.me), on the employment portal (www.prekoveze.me) and on the CBCG’s social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and X).


Open vacancies

Applications for vacancies at the CBCG can be submitted by e-mail to posao@cbcg.me, in person at the Bank’s Archive, or by post within the deadlines specified in each vacancy announcement.


Communication with candidates during the selection process is usually carried out by e-mail and, if necessary, by telephone or post.

Candidate selection criteria are defined through an analysis of the work process, carried out jointly by the Directorate for Human Resources and the manager of the organisational unit where the vacancy is being filled.


The selection process for candidates who apply may include the following steps:

  • Testing knowledge of English
  • Testing computer skills
  • Assessing professional competencies
  • Testing job-specific knowledge
  • Final interview

Vacancy announcements in the CBCG always contain information on the foreseen tests in the selection process for the particular position.


Once the selection process is complete, all candidates are notified of the outcome by e-mail from posao@cbcg.me.
