CBCG Governor at the Annual Vienna Initiative Full Forum in Brussels

The CBCG Governor Irena Radović will participate in the Annual Vienna Initiative Full Forum, taking place on 29–30 September in Brussels, organised by the European Commission.
This year’s Forum is titled “Central, Eastern and South-eastern Europe (CESEE) Region and the Savings and Investment Union” and will address key issues for the region’s financial and economic stability.
Alongside senior representatives of European institutions, international financial organizations, central banks and the largest banking groups active in the region, the Forum will feature John Berrigan, Director-General of the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Financial Stability, Financial Services and Capital Markets Union (DG FISMA), and Maria Luís Albuquerque, European Commissioner for Financial Services and the Savings and Investment Union.
Governor Radović will speak at a high-level panel dedicated to the process of EU candidate countries’ accession to the SEPA system, together with Gert Jan Koopman, Director-General of the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Neighbourhood and Enlargement Negotiations (DG NEAR), Giorgio Andreoli, Director-General of the European Payments Council (EPC), and Ludovic Francesconi, Chief Member & Strategy Officer at the European Payments Initiative (EPI).
The Vienna Initiative is an international platform for cooperation and dialogue aimed at strengthening financial stability and supporting sustainable growth in the CSE region.
