CBCG FinTech Conference: The Impact of FinTech on the Future of Banking and Financial Services

The International CBCG Fintech Conference on “The Impact of FinTech on the Future of Banking and Financial Services”, organised by the Central Bank of Montenegro (CBCG) in cooperation with ICT Cortex and the Association of Montenegrin Banks, will be held on 22 October at the Hilton Hotel in Podgorica starting at 8.30 am.

The conference will be opened by the CBCG Governor, Radoje Žugić, and the UNDP Resident Representative in Montenegro, Daniela Gasparikova.

Through three panels, numerous domestic and foreign experts in finance and fintech, including representatives of the central banks of Hungary, Croatia, Macedonia, and Albania, will discuss technological and financial innovations’ impact on banking development and society Montenegro in general. These speakers also include representatives of the Montenegrin and international fintech companies, representatives of commercial banks operating in Montenegro, and representatives of the Ministry of Finance and Social Welfare and the Ministry of Public Administration, Digital Society and Media.
