Number and nature of imposed supervisory measures and penalties
Pursuant to the provisions of Articles 271 and 272 of the Law on Credit Institutions, during 2022, due to the irregularities identified in operations of credit institutions, the Central Bank imposed measures in the form of a written warning on four credit institutions to remove irregularities found in their operations and on two credit institutions in the form of a Decision to impose measures.
